❓ Are your resumes and cover letters generic templates?

Not at all!

All documents are individually tailored to your chosen role, career stage, and clinical background. I use your intake form and supporting info to create content that reflects your experience and aligns with each job’s requirements.

❓ Do you only support Australian nurses?

Most of my clients are based in Australia, but I also work with international nurses and visa holders (including subclass 186, 482, or 189 visas) who are applying to work here. I tailor all resumes and documents to meet AHPRA and employer expectations.

❓ What’s your turnaround time?

Once I’ve received all your information, your documents will be ready within 2–3 business days. If anything is missing, I’ll let you know before we begin. * peak application times may vary turnaround times.

❓ How much do additional cover letters cost?

Each additional cover letter tailored to a new hospital, position, or stream is $40.

❓ Can I request changes after I receive my documents?

Yes!

Minor changes (like contact details or brief wording edits) are free.

Major changes (such as template redesigns or full rewrites) may incur an additional fee, but this will always be discussed first.

A guide with structure tips, example questions & STAR framework

Support for both face-to-face and recorded video interviews

You can submit practice responses for feedback or book a coaching call (TBC).

❓ Do you write selection criteria or graduate summaries?

I don’t write them from scratch, as these need to reflect your own experience.

Instead, I’ll provide editing, grammar checks, and rewording to suit each criteria.

❓ What formats will I receive?

You’ll receive your resume and cover letter in Word (.docx) or PDF formats. Let me know if you prefer Adobe-formatted versions for professional upload submissions.
